Euro 2012 Draw : Holders Spain Face Italy

Euro 2012 Draw

Euro 2012 draw bring some great teams in one group. Germany joined the group with the Netherlands, while Italy is a grup with Spain.

The draw held in Kiev, Ukraine and attended a few legends such as Marco Van Basten, Peter Schmeichel, and Zinedine Zidane. Germany join together with the Netherlands in Group B. Besides the two, Denmark and Portugal joined as well.

The invitation was a little surprised when Germany's name was announced to join the Netherlands, Denmark, and Portugal are drawn first.

Except for Portugal, all the teams in the group have already become European champion. Group B worth mentioning as a group of hell.

Meanwhile, Italy and Spain, are in Group C along with the Republic of Ireland and Croatia. The other group, Group D, featuring England and France are a place to host Sweden and Ukraine.

While the host country Poland, which was first placed in Group A, was the one place with Greece, Russia, and the Czech Republic.

FA Appeals Over Rooney Suspension

FA finally issued a statement regarding Rooney red card. They said it had appealed to UEFA to suspension to Wayne Rooney.

Rooney was sentenced to prohibited playing three times in the final round of Euro 2012 after receiving red cards in a match against Montenegro. It means Rooney will be absent in all the matches in the group.

Aware of Rooney is one of the important players for The Three Lions Squad, FA any appeal the suspension.

"FA will appeal the punishment meted out to a three-match Wayne Rooney," said a spokesman for FA as reported by Reuters.

"We have received the written reasons for the punishment from UEFA on Tuesday afternoon. We have time until midnight today to respond to it and we've cast a response this evening, "he said.

Rooney got the red card after kicking a Montenegro, Miodrag Dzudovic. For his carelessness, Rooney has pleaded guilty.

"This is my fault. Obviously this is very bad to me but this is something that is my fault, so I can't complain too much, "said the Manchester United this bomber

Rooney Was Suspended Three Games

UEFA gives Wayne Rooney suspension for 3 games, for the red card he received against Montenegro. It means Rooney will miss the rest of the European Cup group phase action.

Rooney was given a red card by referee in minutes 74 because kicking Miodrag Dzudovic, in match against Montenegro England final which ended 2-2.

UEFA confirm that Rooney will be absent in the England's next three match. England reserves the right to appeal within three days from the time the decision was issued.

"The UEFA Disciplinary body of supervision and has nonetheless fired three games in the Champions League. He would get a direct red card when the 2012 European Championship qualifying match in Montenegro, last Friday, "wrote UEFA's official website.

"Today's decisions taken with respect to the red card to Champions League after the attack at the last minute 74 matches in Group G England, the result 2-2 with Montenegro in Podgorica. The striker will be suspended from playing in three matches in the future in the game which UEFA national competition he qualified to participate. "

"The appeal can be lodged against the decision of Supervisory Body and UEFA Disciplinary within three days from the time the decision was issued."

Responding to this decision, the England Football (FA) is still waiting for the reason that the overthrow of the disciplinary sanctions UEFA Commission before deciding whether to appeal or not.

' Three Lions ' Still Hunting Three Points

England only need a draw results to ensure a place in European Championship 2012. But ' Three Lions ' keep aiming for three numbers in his final game in the group phase against Montenegro.

Just one extra digit needed to qualify for the England to Ukraine and Poland in the summer of next year. However, Capello refused to play it safe and keep targeting three points for his team in the last game in Group G.

"We want to win, not just the results of the draw. If you are aiming for a draw against it was a mistake because you will survive to get those results, "said Capello at the FA's official website.

"When you do, You tend to make silly mistakes. You must play the same style as other further action, "Capello said.

England collected 17 points from seven matches. Montenegro was in second place with 11 points from six matches.
