"I am not going to throw out Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal in a match for the title," said Silva told US.
"This is not just a duel between Manchester United and City," he asserted.
Last season, Silva successfully delivering The Citizens capture the FA Cup trophy. For this season, he's hoping his club could be more successful.
