Scientists have found that doing sports regularly as effective as the relaxation therapy and drug use in General also helps prevent migraines.

Dr. Varkey speak non-farmakologis approach this possibility could be an effective option in the treatment of migraine in patients who do not benefit or do not wish to continue taking the drug.

"The use of the drug topiramate could reduce the intensity of the migraine is coming, but in some people this drug can cause side effects such as numbness, dizziness and mood of depression.
