Suzuki Withdraw from MotoGP Until 2014

Suzuki has confirmed to resign from the MotoGP starting next season. However, Suzuki will comeback in 2014.

Future MotoGP program has been in doubt since the Suzuki last few months. Seen from the decision of those who only use a single motor in MotoGP in 2011.

Suzuki also don't follow other manufacturers such as Honda, Ducati and Yamaha who did the test motorcycle-engined 1000 cc be used starting the 2012 racing season. Meskiun a motor is in the workmanship and Suzuki will start the season with an 800cc machine long before moving to new machine.

Nowadays, Suzuki officially announced his retirement for at least two seasons of the premier class of motorcycle racing. It had to be done terdampak by the global economic crisis while developing competitive motorcycle.

"Suzuki Motor Company has decided to suspend its participation in the FIM Grand Prix motorcycle racing MotoGP from 2012," in his statement as reported Autosport.

The last victory in the MotoGP Suzuki is a wet race in the 2007 series of France carved Chris Vermeulen. While the title champion Suzuki was the last time was presented by Kenny Roberts Jr. in 2000.

Rossi's Request to Santa Claus

Valentino Rossi says that the 2011 season as the worst for him. Determined to rise next season, Rossi was jokingly also mentions that he hopes will also say to Santa Claus.

Valentino Rossi is Determined to Beat Honda

Misano Circuit Switching Names Marco Simoncelli

Misano circuit in Italy will be renamed to Marco Simoncelli to commemorate drivers killed in Malaysia last month. Simoncelli stay in Cattolica, which is about eight miles from the circuit.

"We are proud of this circuit now called Marco Simoncelli. He is a great figure, both in everyday life as well as the drivers, "said Luca Colaiacovo, Director of the circuit.

Misano MotoGP race held since 2007 and for this year's event was won by Jorge Lorenzo.

"Change of name was a tribute to his family and hundreds of thousands of fans of Simoncelli, a humanist and courageous driver," added Colaiacovo.

"I would say thank you to the family and told them I would say that Simoncelli will continue to be with us forever," he asserts.

Team Manager Fausto Gresini Honda Italy, even though all parties, said felt a profound grief caused by the death of Simoncelli's MotoGP race, the season had to be continued

Thousands Fans Attend Simoncelli Funeral

Marco Simoncelli was buried in his hometown on Thursday (27/10/2011) yesterday local time. Family, fellow riders and thousands of fans took off his ' Super Sic ' to his final resting place.

Before the buried corpse of Simoncelli was temporarily buried in a church in his hometown, Coriano, Italy. While outside the Church, thousands of fans took to the witness giving the last has been through a wide-screen is already provided.

Both parents Simoncelli and girlfriend are seen sitting in the front line. Inside the Church, above the coffin lay placed the helmet belonged to Simoncelli racer killed at Malaysia GP last weekend. While on the left and right crate placed two motorcycles i.e. 250cc motorcycle Gilera and Honda RC212V.

When the crate Simoncelli brought out the sounds song performed by pop star Italy Vasco Rossi, who was the favorite song of Simoncelli. While when passing a collection of fans was heard a few shouts of ' Ciao Marco ' as well as applause as a form of homage to former world champion driver 250 cc.

Marco Simoncelli Will be Buried Tomorrow

The family of Marco Simoncelli have prepared funerals for Simoncelli in Coriano, Rimini. His funeral will take place on Thursday afternoon local time.

Last Sunday, Simoncelli tragically died after a fall in the MotoGP race in Malaysia. On Tuesday, his body had already arrived at the airport of Fiumicino, Rome, Italy.

Later his remains were brought back to his hometown of Rimini. In that opportunity, as well as seven times world champion Valentino Rossi, came over to House Simoncelli.

This Wednesday, the family of Simoncelli will provide an opportunity for fans to pray for Simoncelli. The cemetery itself will take place in the Church of Santa Maria, Coriano Italy. The funeral was attended only by family, friends, drivers and teammate.

Meanwhile, local security authorities ask fans Simoncelli who came to immediately leave the home Simoncelii. They claim the city of Rimini is not able to accommodate visitors who keep coming.

Honda Gresini Pull Out of Final MotoGP?

Teammates Tributes for Simoncelli

MotoGP has just missed Marco Simoncelli who died tragically while in action in the race. A testimony was delivered the world champion, Casey Stoner and his colleagues.

Andrea Dovizioso Join Yamaha Tech 3 in Next Season

The contract Andrea Dovizioso with Repsol Honda's will end up on this season. Next year, Dovizioso will be racing for Team Yamaha Tech 3.
 
Dovizioso left Repsol Honda because of this policy that will use two drivers only in 2012. Two-seat racing that's for sure so belonged to Casey Stoner and Dani Pedrosa.

Initially, Honda had persuaded Dovizioso to join the satellite team LCR. But, Dovizioso refused and prefer to cross to Yamaha.

"I am pleased to have reached an agreement with Tech 3 for next year and I would like to thank [team boss] Herve Poncharal for the opportunity given to me," says Dovizioso cited Autosport.

At Tech 3, Dovizioso will be partnered with Cal Crutchlow. He succeeded the position of Colin Edwards who migrated to the Moto2.

"I am very excited to be part of the Herve squad and team up with Cla. I am sure this new challenge right interesting, motivating, and fun. Now, I would like to finish off the season well, "he added.

Jorge Lorenzo Loses His Finger Tip

Barbera Get Collarbone Injury

Héctor Barberá got a collarbone injury in MotoGP Japan. This is threatening the participation of the rider Aspar Ducati in MotoGP next series, Australia.

Barbera crash in Turn 12 on the second lap in a race at Motegi, Sunday (2/10/2011). Unconscious, he was taken to the medical center of the path and then hospitals Dokkyo in Mibu.

At the hospital, Barbera underwent a CAT scan showed cracks on the right collarbone, as reported by the Crash.

Results of the initial inspection showed that Barbera, the incident occurred in nine positions, must stay 24 to 48 hours in the hospital.

The next race will be held in Australia next October 16.

Food Poisoning Slows Ben Spies

Ben Spies got disappointing results on the first day of free practice session MotoGP Japan. Spies was constrained body condition due to food poisoning.

Rossi Would Race in Motegi

Japan Moto GP, Lorenzo Prioritizing Health

Yamaha has made sure that they will continue to participate in MotoGP Japan although later Lorenzo and Ben Spies is absent. That is, they are likely to use the original test driver to Japan.

Rossi and Stoner's Opinion about the 1000cc Motorcycle

With great power, 1000 cc bike can ride faster on the track. For Valentino Rossi and Casey Stoner, this is not something that needs to be feared.

Starting next season, there will be changes to the regulation in MotoGP competition. An 800cc bike will not be used anymore, and instead used a larger-capacity motorcycles, i.e. 1,000 cc.

1,000 cc bike could be ridden up to speed 350km/h on a circuit which had a long straight track as Qatar, Mugello and Catalunya.

Rossi admitted that Ducati 1000 cc motorcycle that already he tried, Desmosedici GP12, indeed very quickly. However, he did not see it's dangerous for the safety of riders.
