Obama Program Was Delayed because of the NBA Lockout Ends

Barack Obama had to hold off a fund-raising program in a series of his campaign. The Program was pushed back until the middle of next year due to the NBA this season so held.

When the NBA lockout, Obama would still hold a match play to raise funds to help his political campaign.
